TIC Ticket Policies

  • We do not offer refunds, but we can exchange your tickets or convert them to a gift certificate for future productions.
  • If you have purchased Dinner Theatre tickets and need to cancel within 24 hours, we can exchange/convert the Theatre Only portion of your ticket, but as a catered event we are not able to exchange the dinner portion.
  • If Theatre in the Country cancels an event, the cost of your tickets will always be refunded.
