Available Openings:
FRONT OF HOUSE COORDINATOR
Theatre in the Country is seeking someoneto work as part of our Guest Services Team during events at our theatre.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Interacting with the public during events including answer questions, dealing with special requests and ensuring a quality patron experience.
- Set up and tear down tables and chairs prior to and after events.
- Set up and tear down theatre signage, ticket desk and show specific items as needed.
- Working with volunteers such as ushers, ticket takers and concession workers.
- Light maintenance of the theatre’s public spaces during use by patrons.
- This post has unique hours; lots of hours over our 3 week show run and then less hours in between shows.
Qualities we are looking for:
- Upbeat and friendly – must like working with people
- Punctuality
- Ability to see jobs that need doing and take them on without prompting
- Good organizational skills
- Availability to work evenings

- Compensation of $18/hour to start
- A two show cycle probationary period leading to a raise in pay upon completion
