ABOUT YOUR HOST & GUIDE:    Reg Parks has been a theatre teacher for over 20 years, he is also the founding Artistic Director of Theatre in the Country. He has an MA in Theatre studies and loves to share his passion for history, art, theatre and other cultures with young and old alike.  He has visited 48 countries around the world and has led tours to London for students and adults for the last decade.  As a professional drama educator he has all police and other clearances for working with students.

WHO CAN GO ON THIS TRIP?

Can my child go alone on this trip ?

Anyone 15+ can go on the trip alone provided they have full parental permission, full insurance and agree to follow the guide’s directions at all times.

Who else can go on the trip?

Any adult family members can join the student on the trip provided they are willing to help supervise the group.  Young siblings can also join in the trip provided an adult family member is travelling with them.

     Accommodation: Private apartments for our group:  private rooms with shared living quarters
Trip Includes: All Flights, Ground transportation, Theatre tickets, Site entries and accommodation.

 

Dining: Make your own Breakfast Included.  Opitons avaialbe for lunch and dinner plans at an extra cost

Trip Synopsis

Flights from Vancouver to London on July 21st.  Return on July 29th
Transportation: Airport ground transfers, rail, bus, and tube travel
Sleep in 4-star a Georgian mansion
Sightseeing:  All sights and tours in London
All theatre tickets in London
Special meals:  Make your own breakfast at accommodation, Medieval Feast and High Tea in London

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Early-Bird Booking Deadline is Sept 15th, 2017 HOWEVER
Registrations will be taken up until December 15th providing there is still room on the tour
Payments are as follows:
INITIAL DEPOSIT of $1500.00 to secure your place.
2nd Payment of $1000.00 by Dec 15th, 2017
Final payment of $700 + $160.00 GST by Jan 30th, 2018

Upon receipt of deposit you will be sent at statement and reminders for following payments

CANCELLATION POLICY

NOTE: We encourage all travelers to purchase private cancellation insurance through BCAA or their own provider
We will return any unspent funds to you minus a $250.00 handling fee if you choose to cancel.
Purchases which are refundable such as airline tickets will be returned to you minus any cancellation fees from the vendor.
Purchases which cannot be refunded such as theatre tickets will be counted as a loss and funds will not be returned.
